I provide notary services in three formats.
In-person Notary: You bring the documents to my home office and I netorize them.
Fee: $10 for each stamp
Mobile Notary: We meet on a public place or I come to your home/hospital/senior facility and notarize the documents there.
Fee: $10 for each stamp + $50 appointment fee + $1 for each mileage for my round trip.
Online Notary: We meet on an online signing service. You upload the document and your ID before our meeting and passed Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA). You will answer 5 easy specific questions about you to determine if it is really you. Then I do notarization and we sign documents electronically. You download the documents from the system at the end of notary session.
Fee: $25 for each stamp + $50 appointment fee
Loan Signing
I collect signatures on your loan documents at your office/home/hospital/senior facility. I also notarize some of the documents in there. Documents would be loan closing, refinance, HELOC, etc. Fee depends on the length of the documents but following fees will be applied to every signing.
Fee: $100 for appointment fee + $10 for each stamp + $1 for each mile for my round trip + additional fee depending on the length of the document.
Apostille
Apostille makes documents reliable in a foreign country. Some business documents, birth/death certificates, diplomas would be asked for apostille by a foreign country. I provide apostille service for the documents originated only in Florida. You provide the original document ot a certified copy of the document. I notarize the document if it is necessary and mail it to Department of State in Tallahasse, FL with an application form. I manage the whole process.
Fee: $200 for appointment fee + $10 for each stamp +$20 for application + $40 for mailing
Marriage Ceremony
As a notary public commissioned in Florida, I can "solemnize the rites of matrimony”. In other words, I can perform a marriage ceremony in Florida. Couples get their marriage licence form Florida and marriage ceremony should be in Florida.
I come to the site and perform the ceremony and fill out the certificate.
Fee: $30 for notary fee + $70 for appointment + $1 for mileage for my round trip
